How It Works
Here’s what makes Envision Yoga so unique:
1. Bilateral Stimulation
We use auditory bilateral stimulation to support deep neural processing. Instead of eye movements or tapping, alternating tones are played through speakers on either side of the mat.
2. Mantra
Each session is centered around a powerful, carefully chosen mantra—something like "I am safe now," "I deserve love," or "I am worthy of success." You’ll repeat this throughout class, silently or aloud. If resistance or emotion comes up, that’s part of the process. If not, you’re simply strengthening new, supportive neural pathways.
3. Visualization
As you move and breathe, you’ll be invited to visualize your future self—the version of you who already lives the mantra. How do they feel? What choices are they making? This combination of mental rehearsal and embodied movement helps anchor those shifts in your nervous system.
