What is Envision Yoga?

Envision Yoga is a neuroscience-backed mental fitness method (not traditional yoga). It uses bilateral stimulation to mimic REM sleep, then layers in embodied movement, visualization, and affirmations to help people reduce stress, sharpen focus, and shift mental patterns.

Who is Envision Yoga for?

Envision Yoga is designed for people who are ready to feel better, grow, and move forward. If you're ready to build calm, confidence, and momentum, it can be incredibly powerful.

Do I need yoga experience to participate?

No. Envision Yoga is accessible to all levels.

Can I practice Envision Yoga virtually?

Yes. You can experience Envision Yoga from home. You will need two stereo speakers set up on either side of your yoga mat to recreate the bilateral stimulation effect, a laptop computer with Zoom or FaceTime enabled, and a smartphone.

Can I bring Envision Yoga to my workplace or studio?

Yes. Envision Yoga offers both Corporate Wellness Sessions and Studio Partnerships. You can book a demo to experience the practice firsthand and see how it might benefit your space.

What is bilateral stimulation?

Bilateral stimulation is a rhythmic left-right sensory input. In Envision Yoga, auditory bilateral stimulation uses gentle tones that move from left to right via speakers positioned on either side of your mat. This rhythmic alternation helps downshift the nervous system from high-alert into a state of active receptivity.

What can I experience during an Envision Yoga session?

During a session, you may feel a powerful sense of presence and emotional clarity. Many people experience deep physical relaxation, emotional release or lightness, increased self-awareness, insights about limiting beliefs or patterns, and a feeling of inner connection or purpose.

Envision Yoga ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

Who we are

Envision Yoga is a mental fitness practice based in Los Angeles, California, owned and operated by Leah Davis. You can reach us at leah@envisionyoga.com.

What we collect

Information you give us directly. When you sign up for a class, workshop, or newsletter, we collect your name, email address, and any other information you choose to share, such as a phone number or message.

Information we collect automatically. When you visit envisionyoga.com, our hosting provider (Squarespace) collects standard log data such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and the time of your visit. This is used to keep the site running and to understand general traffic patterns.

Cookies. We use a small number of cookies for essential site function and basic analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser if you prefer.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

respond to questions and inquiries
send you class confirmations, schedules, and reminders
send occasional newsletters or updates if you have opted in
improve our website and services
comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers.

Social media integrations

Envision Yoga publishes content on Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms. When we use the official APIs of these platforms to post content from our own accounts, we authenticate using OAuth and store only the access tokens needed to post on our own behalf. We do not collect information about anyone who follows, likes, or comments on our posts beyond what those platforms display publicly.

If you interact with our content on TikTok, Instagram, or any other third party platform, that platform's privacy policy governs that interaction, not ours.

Third parties we use

Squarespace hosts the website and processes form submissions.
Email providers such as Mailchimp or similar may be used to send newsletters if you opt in.
Payment processors such as Stripe or Square may handle class and workshop payments. We never see or store your full payment card details.

Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We choose providers that take data protection seriously.

Your rights

You have the right to:

ask what information we hold about you
ask us to correct or delete it
unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any newsletter
ask questions about this policy

How long we keep your information

We keep contact information for as long as you remain a student or subscriber. If you ask us to delete it, we will, except where we are required to keep records for tax or legal reasons.

Children

Envision Yoga services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy in any meaningful way, we will update the effective date at the top and post the new version here.
